How It All Started

(And why we’re obsessed with giving results — not just ads)

Phase 1

A couple of years ago,
Dipak (now the co-founder of Estate Autopilots) started a company with one mission:
To build sales and marketing systems that actually produce results.

Not just clicks.
Not just “boosted posts.”
But real, trackable leads and conversions.

Then one day, over a casual coffee chat, Dipak met Ketan —
who had been closely observing the real estate space.

That one conversation changed everything.

Ketan said,
“Real estate has massive potential… but no one is building serious systems for it.”

Dipak agreed.
They decided to test the waters with just a ₹30,000 package.

At the time, their main focus was selling Personal Branding Packages to channel partners and realtors — to help them build authority, trust, and inbound sales.

Then Came the Big Realization

One afternoon, back at the same coffee shop… it clicked.

They realised something most agencies never do:

But the REAL first problem realtors are facing is —

And that’s where the mission truly began.

Estate Autopilots is now a 20-member team based in Kothrud, Pune.
